Fair Usage Policy
Submissions are our primary usage signal. In rare cases where an account places unusually high demand on storage, API calls, file processing, or other platform resources relative to peers, we reserve the right to adjust that account's tier at the next monthly recheck. You will always be notified before any change.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, your account moves to Tier 1 and you'll need to add credits to continue. The first month after the trial is always Tier 1 regardless of usage during the trial period.
How does the credit balance work?
You add credits to your account balance — 1 credit = $1. Each month, credits are drawn from your balance to cover your current tier and any enabled add-ons. Monthly recharges cover 1 month; annual recharges cover 12 months at 50% off. If your balance runs low, you'll receive a notification to top up.
Why does my billing date reset when I add credits?
Your billing cycle is anchored to your last recharge date — for both monthly and annual plans. Recharge on any date and your next monthly credit draw happens one month from that date. This gives you full control over your cycle with no fixed billing dates imposed.
Can my tier go down if my usage drops?
Yes. Tier is rechecked every month for all users. If your submission volume falls relative to other users, you move to a lower tier and fewer credits are consumed that month — automatically.
What happens to my data when my tier changes?
Nothing. All submissions, files, and settings are preserved regardless of tier movement. Tiers only affect how many credits are consumed — never your access to features or existing data.
Do annual credit recharges still recheck tier monthly?
Yes. Buying annual credits does not lock your tier for a year — it just means you pre-bought 12 months of credits at the cheaper annual rate. Your tier is still rechecked every month, and credits consumed each month reflect your actual tier at that time. If your tier improves, fewer credits are consumed; if it rises, more credits are consumed.
How is a submission counted?
Each successful form submission — through a PaceForms-built form or your own HTML wired to the API endpoint — counts as one submission. Test submissions you manually delete are refunded from your count before the monthly tier recheck.
Can I use credits for both my tier and add-ons?
Yes. Credits are drawn from a single shared balance to cover both your tier cost and any add-ons you've enabled. You control which add-ons are active — only enabled add-ons consume credits.
